hi krishna sir. thank you for looking at my recipe. we can add ginger tiny pieces to oil and fry it along with curryleaves. my mother adds ginger and also ingvaa. but my mother in law does not add ginger. my karnataka friend adds sesame seeds powder to pulihora. many does in their own style . still i have to explore many types in pulihora ,as i love it. but to be frank i am still a learner in cooking. mostly i gather recipes from all my friends and then finally i will do it in my summarised method. thank you sir.
