GARLIC -25 CLOVES
BUTTER-6 TBSP
BAKING POWDER-1 TSP
SODA SALT-1/2 TSP
SALT-FOR TASTE
CORIANDER LEAVES- FEW
SUGAR-2 TSPS
EGG-1
MILK-1 CUP
CURD-2 TBSP
OIL-2 TBSP
PROCEDURE:

1. MIX FLOUR,BAKING POWDER,SODA,SALT.
2.GRING 20 CLOVES TO PASTE AND CHOP 5
3.ADD SUGAR,EGG,MILK,GARLIC PASTE,CURD,5 CLOVES,CORIANDER LEAVES TO THE FLOUR MIXTURE AND MIX.
4.ADD WATER AS REQUIRED AND MAKE INTO A DOUGH..APPLY LITTLE OIL TO DOUGH AND COVER WITH A DAMP CLOTH AND KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 1 HOUR.
6. PUNCH DOUGH WITH HANDS AND DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 16 EQUAL PORTIONS, COVER AND LET IT REST FOR 1 MORE HOUR.
7. MELT BUTTER.FLATTEN EACH DOUGH BALL BETWEEN PALMS,APPLY MELTED BUTTER AND DUST WITH FLOUR. ROLL IT INTO A BALL AGAIN AND KEEP COVERED FOR 15 MIN.
8.PREHEAT OVEN TO 250 DEGREES.
9.ROLL EACH DOUGH BALL ON A FLOURED SURFACE INTO 5 TO 6 INCH DIAMETER DISC.PULL IT FROM ONE END TO GET ELONGATED SHAPE OF NAAN.
10.COOK IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 250DEGRSS FOR 7 MIN.
11.REMOVE AND SERVE HOT WITH MELTED BUTTER.
NAANS CAN ALSO BE COOKED ON TAWA BY MOISTENING THEM ON EITHER SIDES WITH LITTLE WATER WHILE COOKING.
