INGREDIENTS:

LADY FINGERS-250 GMS( CUT 1 INCH LONG SIZE)
SALT-2 TSP
ONIONS-1
TOMATOES-3
TAMARIND-BIG LEMON SIZE SOAKED IN HOT WATER
SESAME SEEDS-FIST FULL
COCONUT EXTRACT-2 TSP
CHILLIES-2
CHILLI POWDER-2 TSP
PEPPER POWDER-1 TSP
GARLIC-2 CLOVES
CUMIN SEEDS-LITTLE.
OIL-2 TBSP
MUSTARD SEEDS-LITTLE
CURRY LEAVES-LITTLE
CORIANDER LEAVES-TO GARNISH.
TURMERIC POWDER-1 PINCH
PROCEDURE:-
---------------------
1. TAKE OIL IN A KADAI AND FRY SESAME SEEDS,COCONUT EXTRACT,CHILLIES,ONIONS,TOMATOES.
2. NOW TRANSFER ALL THESE TO A MIXIE JAR .NOW ADD SALT,CHILLI POWDER,PEPPER POWDER,CUMIN SEEDS,GARLIC CLOVES TO THIS JAR AND GRIND TO A PASTE WITH THE HELP OF A LITTLE WATER.
3.NOW TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER AND ADD OIL AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES. TO THIS ADD THE GROUND MIXTURE AND STIR FOR 1 MIN. NOW ADD TAMARIND WATER AND CHECK FOR SALT AND CHILLI POWDER. ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND BOIL IT FOR 1 MIN. NOW ADD  OKRA TO THIS MIXTURE AND STIR IT ONCE AND CLOSE THE LID OF THE PRESSURE COOKER.
4. WAIT FOR 1 WHISTLE AND SWITCH OFF THE STOVE.
OPEN AND TRANSFER TO A SERVING BOWL AND GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
