PROCEDURE:

1. HEAT OIL IN A KADAI AND WHEN HOT ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES.
2. NOW ADD ONION AND CHILLIES AND FRY TILL TRANSPARENT COLOUR APPEARS.
3.NOW ADD GRATED POTATOES AND GRATED RADISH AND FRY FOR 5 MIN.
4. NOW ADD GRATED COCONUT AND FRY FOR 5 MIN.
5. NOW ADD TURMERIC POWDER,SALT AND CHILLI POWDER ANK KEEP FRYING TILL DONE.
6.TRANSFER THE CURRY INTO A SERVING DISH AND GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
