ingredients:
brinjals- small round size-10
if round size brinjals are not available,then you can use little long brinjals also
sesame seeds-fist full
ground nuts-fistfull
onions-2 cut into big pieces
green chillies-6
red chilli powder-2 tsp
salt-2 tsp
cinnamon stick-1 inch size
cloves-6
coriander leaves-to garnish
oil-3 tbsp
cashew nuts-5
tamarind-lemon size soaked in a halp glass of water.
ginger garlic paste-3tsp
procedure:

1.first take 1 tbsp of oil in a kadai and fry cashew nuts,cinnamon,cloves,ground nuts,sesame seeds untill they change their colour. now transfer these into into mixie jar and keep aside.
2. now take 1 tbsp oil and when hot fry onions and chillies till transparent and transfer into the mixie jar which was kept aside.
3. to this mixture add chilli powder,salt ,ginger garlic paste and grind this mixture into a thick paste. never add water as we have to stuff this paste into brinjals.
4. now take brinjals and wash throughly and wipe them with a clean cloth.now with thehelp of a small knife, make plus shaped slit on brinjals. take care not to cut untill the end.
5. stuff the brinjals with the paste as shown above. actually i cut some brinjals into half and made slits, as i couldnot get round brinjals.
6. now take a small pressure cooker and heat oil and add musterd seeds and the left mixture to this hot oil. let it fry for a while. now add little water to this mixture and let it it boil for a while.
7.now add stuffed brinjals to this mixture as shown.
8.now add tamarind water to this pressure cooker and close the lid and cook for 1 whistle sound.
9.let it cool and open the cooker.transfer into a serving bowl.
now garnish with coriander leaves. serve hot.
